a) to keep clean their society.
b) to help their neighbours; to be nice to their neighbours; not causing them stress and unhappiness.

d) to take care of people dependant on them (children, senior parents, cat, dog, etc)

f) don't throw garbage on the streets.

The good citizen should help to keep clean the environment in which they live. They must also avoid conflicts with other citizens. If they are busy and eat something on the road, they should not throw it on the street but throw it in the garbage bin. A good citizen will help his/her neighbours. If a neighbour experiences difficulty moving in, or simply need some eggs, or just needs advice, you could help them. They may return the favour.
