The dodo bird was a bird that could not fly and it is now extinct. This birds closest living relative is a pigeon and their skeletal features were almost identical to that of the pigeon.
I dont know, why did you ask me
the dodo bird is extincted so we do not know
not anymore because the dodo bird is extinct as far as we know.
the last man to kill a dodo bird didnt know it was the last one on the Earth or even on the island where it residen back in 1689 not 1860.
The dodo bird is not yet extinct... I know that for a fact, since my mom called me a giant dodo bird just a few years ago....so i know of at least one still walking the earth! Stucie
Little is know for sure about the habits and appearance of the dodo. However it is known that they were particularly clumsy and flightless making them very easy to catch and kill.
The Dodo bird was a flightless bird, (unable to fly) and was discovered by explorers. The explorers told everybody about these birds and how easy to kill they were. They were easy to kill because they had never encountered humans before and did not know what to do. The explorers killed the birds, until they were all gone. In other words they were hunted to extinction.
i don't know ;p ha ha 1 answer that is definitely correct is the dodo bird (it is extinct already)
That is something we will never know. As the Dodo is now extinct, thanks to the exuberance of the human race. David Quammen suggested that it has a two-note pigeony sound like "doo-doo, hence it's name.
Dodo birds aren't actually dumb. People think that they are dumb because they didn't realise that dodo birds knew that they were being killed, but by being a dodo bird, they couldn't escape. Dodo birds are naturally fat, which slows down their running, and dodo birds can't fly. Their predators would always kill them.
i know that. i am sure its NO
Owls do not know everything. For instance, they do not know how to speak English or French. They are often associated with knowledge because they were linked with Athena, a bird goddess who was extremely wise and clever.
