Clean the infected area with peroxide. Then cover the area with a layer of petroleum jelly the warble will burrow itself out enough to where u should be able to grab a good hold of him with a good art of tweezers. Once you have a good hold of him it is very important to apply steady outward pressure to pull it out intact. If the warble is broken or partially removed it can cause a deadly reaction in your pet. If you are not comfortable attempting this do not. Take it to the vet. Once u have successfully removed the warble be sure to clean the wound with peroxide or antibacterial soap and water. Apply neosporin . Repeat daily until it is healed.
