Every American county has what is known as a "County Extension Service," and inside that taxpayer-supported office (usually located on or near a state university), is a person known as the "County Extension Agent." This person is trained to deal with all kinds of aricultural and animal problems that might beset the resdients of the county.

Find your nearest County Agent and ask him/her any question you wish and you'll receive sound and expert advice. Their services are FREE, because you have already paid for them with your state taxes.
