it depends on the availability of food sources at the time of eaglets death. If food is plentiful, parent may take it away or it may just fade into nest. If food is not plentiful for other eaglets, it may be used as a food source for the other young by the parents.

You should leave it or bury it if you wish. Birds die for many reasons. Old age, illness or accident. The bald eagle has now been assigned a risk level of Least Concern category on the IUCN Red List and while it is the National bird of the USA and no longer endangered it is still protected, unless it has obviously been shot or trapped, there is little more you can do.
