The young are called eaglets. Both parents help take care of them.
Bald Eagles don't live in groups, there are only the parents and babies until the babies are old enough to take care of themselves then they to leave to find their own mates

A bald eagle can have up to 3 babies but most don't live through the first couple years. Bald eggs usually lay 1 - 3 eggs in one brood. But the chances of all of them surviving at once is very rare. Usually 1 or at most 2 chicks survive out of a brood.

Bald eagles make a huge nest of sticks, in the top of tall trees.
Usually the Parents. A mother and a father.
Normally for several months, until they fledge and can hunt for themselves.
The correct time that an eagle can stay on an egg is about 35 days. The eagle will then care for the babies for up to about 3 months.
