Depends on if you want New or Used. I got a Reminton 870 12 Gauge for $250.00 used. If you just shop around you can get a good deal. I would also buy from a Gun Shop or a Store. If you buy it from some one i wouldnt trust them. Thats jus me though.

no not legal , check with your state firearms dealer or anyone who sells gun for hunting this is not true actually it is legal in allot of areas (not residential) but just make sure u can kill the animal humanely. and really if you hunt with a BB gun only small game i.e birds squirrels and maybe rabbits at the biggest
