One can buy a lovebird from a local pet store for a good price. One can adopt a lovebird from a rescue shelter or directly buy the lovebird from a bird breeder.
You can either put the food in your hand and let the hampster eat out of it. You could also hold it up and the hampster will get on its hind legs and grab it like it does with its water feeder. That is what i would reccomend.
