there is a lot of costs for parrots, it all depends on the size, for instants, Parakeets would cost about 20-24 bucks. Big parrots that are really colourful would be about 1000 dollars, a conure is colorful but not big so it would be about 100- 106 dollars.

The prices of parrots vary greatly with the type of parrot. A budgie can be bought for as little as $20 for the bird though a Norwegian Blue Macaw can be as much as $6500-12000! A Monk Parakeet, also known as a quaker parrot goes around for $250 or so, Senegal Parrots for around $600 and African Greys $1000 - $1500. You also have to take into account the price for the parrot's care. So on top of this price, you have to pay for the cage, toys, food, etc.

Depends on the size of your bird, size of the cage you want & space you need. I've seen them from around $75 to $400. Of course theres one's that are probably cheaper, made of cheaper material, and those that can be higher dependent on how fancy and what it's made of. The best thing to do is know what bird you want and the size cage required and start looking around. Try bird shows as this is where i've seen some of the cheapest prices for well made cages.
