Very simple, I eat ten seeds (kernels) 4 times a day. I eat them just like any other nuts like almonds or shelled pecans. I chew a couple at a time and I happen to like to eat them with apple sauce or a little honey. Chew them well before swallowing.

By the way, I have been eating them for over a year now with no side effects after being diagnosed with melanoma. So much for the FDA scare tactics.
