Take it to a AVIAN or EXOTIC animal vet ASAP. I am not one to rush to the vet over every little thing but this bird has MAJOR issues and will die. The bird should be kept warm and calm until you get it to a vet. It most likely needs antibiotics unless it was poisoned. Nickle from key rings and non-stick cook wear coating are common bird-killers. Without more info it's hard to say but all of the options are almost ALWAYS fatal. If you have no money then take it to the vet anyway and relinquish it to them. I love my vet, Dr Jinkens in San Diego. A regular dog/cat vet is NO GOOD. Don't even ask them if they take birds, if they don't have Avian and Exotic in the title then they aren't worth it.
Put a clean piece of white paper to see what kind of stool is passing. This will help the vet. Note any odd food, plants, new toys, cage location or behavior.
