You can donate money to animal funds, such as WWF. You could also raise awareness. Don't forget to do small things such as lemonade stands, garage sales, etc. to get the money to donate and raise awareness at the same time. There are a million other things you could do also.

California condors have been conserved through various means. They are listed here:

1. Due to the California Condor Recovery Plan, captive breeding of over 2200 birds has begun, protecting them from various dangers posed to birds in freedom.
2. Captive-bred condors are trained to avoid people and power lines (two major threats to their existence) once released.
3. The Ridley-Tree Condor Preservation Act does not allow hunters to use lead bullets while hunting in the Condor's range. In the past, meat that was killed by lead bullets and then later eaten by condors caused fatal lead poisoning to the birds.
