In Chapter 4 of "Animal Farm," the pigeons serve as messengers, spreading news of the animals' revolution to other farms. They fly to neighboring farms to encourage other animals to rise up against their human oppressors, promoting solidarity among the animals. Their actions help to inspire the idea of rebellion beyond the confines of Animal Farm itself.
He is overthrown by the animals and kicked off of the farm in Chapter 4.
In chapter 4 of "Animal Farm," the battle that took place was the Battle of the Cowshed, where the animals successfully defended their farm against Mr. Jones and his men who attempted to recapture it. In my LONGMAN copy they are on page 15, but it differs slightly by copy. But they are in chapter two, about a page from the end. They are... 1. Whatever goes upon two legs is an enemy. 2.
