A baby peacock is called a Peachick. The species is peafowl, of which the male is called a Peacock and the female is called Peahen. Like with fowl species, who's offspring is called 'chick', the term Peachick is used.

Peacock.
A cock and a hen The male is referred to as a peacock and the female as a peahen, so really when you say peacock you are only talking about the males of the species. Together they are called peafowl and their offspring are called peachicks.
The birds are not the same species. Any offspring from such a union would more than likely either die or they would be sterile and not able to produce offspring themselves.
It is called a Chick or a PEACHICK
Actually, a Peacock is only the male, but most people just call them all peacocks. The females are called Peahens and the chicks are Peachicks.
A "Peacock". The female is more correctly called a "peahen", and "generically" they are collectively known as "peafowl".
