I am shocked. Of course you shouldnt. While it might not be harmful to the skin, birds groom their feathers all the time, and they will eat the vinegar and DIE. If it gets in their nostrils, eyes, ears, it will burn them alive. Please dont get any other ideas as simple minded as this. DONT SPRAY YOUR BIRD WITH VINEGAR
