If you can't replace it or the babies are injured, bring them to a rehabilitation centre or the humane society.
DO NOT FEED THEM. this is the worst thing you could do as the food could get lodged in their throat and they could suffocate. Plus, baby bird diets are much more complicated than people think.
If anything, you can place drops of water on their beaks with a paintbrush. BE EXTREMELY GENTLE AND ONLY PLACE A COUPLE DROPS.
