Flys' blood is of a darkish,redish color just like human blood.

This is incorrect. Flies are members of Class Insecta and therefore have tracheal tubes which act as "veins" for delivering oxygen to every cell individually. This being said they have no need for their hemolymph (blood) to contain respiratory pigments because it plays no role in respiration.
