The flamingo is a bird. Birds lay eggs. When the egg hatches, a live flamingo comes out.
A flamingo egg is white with a bit of gray.
Put the egg in water and let it sit there
the smallest size flamingo is 3 or 4
A baby flamingo typically takes around 28-32 days to hatch from its egg.
They can weigh from 3.3 pounds to 9 pounds
The weight of an egg white is approximately 30 grams.
The two parent flamingos mate. Then, the baby developes inside the mother bird. Then, the embryo comes out of the mother in a big, hard egg. The mother then guards the nest until the little, fluffy white baby hatches.
Greater Flamingos usually incubate their eggs for 26-30 days (average about 28 days) between laying and hatching. The other flamingo species (there are 6 species of flamingo in the world) are similar. (I used to work at a zoo as a flamingo keeper/breeder).
Flamingo's EggsFlamingos usually lay one large egg at one time.
