A popular pet that can fly, has wings, and feathers is a parakeet, also known as a budgerigar. These small birds are colorful, social, and can be trained to mimic sounds and words. They thrive in environments where they can interact with their owners and require a spacious cage for flight and exercise. Other examples include canaries and cockatiels, which also make great flying pets.

The bones in their wings are hollow- unlike humans and other organisms. Plus they have these special feathers that are really long and help them fly. If those feathers are clipped, then the bird can't fly- but it can jump only a few feet. If you go to your local vet/pet store( the local pet store where I live clips the wings) and ask them to clip your bird's wings, then you yourself can see where they are. Or you could just ask them. ^^
You would clip the feathers on the wings of a turkey so that they can't fly. This would disable the turkey's ability to lift itself with its wings.
a penguin cant fly because its heavy also because they have smal feathers called pin feathers
To say that birds use wings and feathers to fly, so all birds can fly, would be false. Not all birds can fly. An ostrich is an example of a bird that cannot fly.
Yes they can, chickens has wings and feathers.

Wings, feathers, and light bones.
You are supposed to clip the main flight feathers, which are the last 4 feathers (the longest feathers on the wing)
Eagles have feathers to retain body heat and to provide a surface for lif on their wings, which allows them to fly.
