You should go to a website that tells you what to do right now as far as feeding it and the right temperature for it. Then, if you have a vet school anywhere near, they'll take it into their bird clinic for free. If you don't have a vet school around, I guess you should ask a local small animal vet. You could also check with the humane society.
I found an abandoned baby rabbit a few weeks ago and I did this stuff. There are tons of websites on animal care.
I hope it does okay.

If you find a baby bird that can't fly, it's best to leave it where you found it if it's safe. If the bird is injured or in danger, contact a local wildlife rehabilitation center for help. Avoid handling the bird too much, as this can cause stress and harm.

If you ever find an injured bird, the first thing to do is put it in a box with an indirect source of warmth. Then you should call your local vet or wildlife rehabilitator. They may be able to treat the bird's eye, but you should never try to treat it on your own unless you are certified to do so.

If the baby bird seems injured or in pain, get a clean towel from your home and carefully hold the bird in it. Place it on a safe place in your house. While monitoring it called your animal control number. Don't feed or interact with the bird often, this will make it lose its scent and its mother won't being able to find it. Otherwise, if the bird does not see harmed still watch it from a distance to make sure it's ok.
If the bird can't be helped the mother, you should put the bird in a cardboard box and keep it warm. You can try to keep the bird as comfortable as possible. The bird can be fed worms, and water with a dropper.

Well, if its broken, you should go to the hospital.
If you find a baby bird that appears injured or abandoned, try to locate its nest and place it back in the nest if possible. If the bird is injured, carefully place it in a small box lined with a towel and keep it warm and quiet. Contact a local wildlife rehabilitator or animal rescue organization for further assistance. Avoid feeding the bird or giving it water, as improper feeding can harm it.
