They are African, and they have black feet and spotted tummies, which is probably what you want to hear, but people have different opinions, to, 'cool', and to some people, black footed penguins are cool, and to others, not so cool, anyone, who answers this, is giving you, there opinion of black footed penguins, but because, people have different opinions, it may be cool to them, but not so cool to you, and you have to understand that, as everyone, has different opinions, and is free, to have them. However, going back to the question, they are, African, and they have black feet, ( which is pretty obvious, as it says in the name, BLACK FOOTED penguins) and have spotted tummy's, that's whats in my opinion, but that might not be yours, and that's, fine. So, what is 'cool' about, Black Footed Penguins?

All penguins do not need to live in the cold. There are several species of penguins that live in warm weather environments including Magellanics, South African/Black footed, Gallapagos, and Humboldts just to name a few. The ones that do live in the cold happened to adapt to that environmental niche whereas these others have developed life cycles and breeding styles that would not be possible in cold weather environments.
