Aboriginal Native Americans kill a small number for religious purposes. In the US, it is illegal to kill, molest, or otherwise destroy the national symbol.
Just about all animals will defend themselves when that becomes the only option. But bald eagles killing humans - never heard of that happening.

Occasionally a Great Horned Owl or raccoon in the nest is a threat to the nestlings. Very few other than humans, except for other eagles attacking eagles and young.
Bald eagles eat some bugs but those bugs have been infected with pesticides, so when the bald eagles eat those bugs the pesticides end up inside the bald eagle, so the bald eagle dies. Also, eagles eat fish, and there are a lot of fishers that overdo it when they fish and fish too much, which affects the bald eagles diet, and makes them starve to death.
