Yes, the Statue of Liberty has appeared on U.S. currency. Notably, it was featured on the reverse side of the $10,000 bill issued in 1928, which is no longer in circulation. Additionally, the Statue has been depicted on various commemorative coins, including the American Eagle series.

If you are saying national symbols like the eagle or red, white and blue? or religious like the cross? Hi! I think the person is referring to symbols like the 'Flag, Statue of liberty, U.S Seal, Bald eagle, liberty bell etc.' -Charles
There's no such coin. All 1921 $1 coins carry an image of Miss Liberty's head, not the Statue of Liberty. Two varieties were struck that year, the Morgan dollar which has an eagle with outstretched wings and the Peace dollar which has an eagle with folded wings. For 1921, the Morgan design is more common and the Peace design is scarcer. Please see the Related Questions for more information.
