Hawks are pests for several simple reasons. They are predators! If you have a flock of chickens, a pet cat or a small pet dog, these are all fair game to the hawk. Once a hawk has figured out you have these animals, they will not give up until they either kill it or you take away their food source, or you remove them from the equation.
For pest, you could use pestus, pernicies, or lues.

An adult hawk could kill a young eagle, but an adult would be too much for the hawk to handle.
An example of pest analysis could be an exterminator coming to your home to spray for spiders or roaches. Mouse removal can also be an example.
That rather depends on how you define "pest", but almost all birds will eat something that could be called a pest at some time.
I'm sorry but if someone told you you could do pest control by yourself then it is a lie. if you have anymore questions, email me at Tyjo719@AOL.com
