There are several species of penguins that live in warm weather environments including Magellanics, South African/Black footed, Gallapagos, and Humboldts just to name a few. The ones that do live in the cold happened to adapt to that environmental niche whereas these others have developed life cycles and breeding styles that would not be possible in cold weather environments.
