Mine does not, but I suspect that, if yours does, it is due to the sudden release of gas that can build up in your spinal column and is the same phenomenon as cracking the knuckles of your hands.
it means you cracked your neck and thats it
The back of your head doesn't pop but the back of your neck does its just relaxing itself.
Neck cracking or popping when turning your head can be due to the movement of gas bubbles in the synovial fluid of the joints, a phenomenon known as cavitation. It may also result from the movement of ligaments or tendons over bony structures. If it occurs only when turning from right to left, it could indicate a specific alignment or tension in the muscles or joints on that side. If the sound is accompanied by pain or discomfort, it's advisable to consult a healthcare professional.
I only know of a few you can pop the neck by having the person lie flat on the floor with you sitting behind them. You place one hand under the head and the opposite hand thum along the jaw line gently slowly turn until it pops. Turn head the other direction and repeat proceedure. Or have victim oops friend sit in front of you and place one hand on back of the head and one on the chin gently turning till you reach the pop
The sternocleidomastoids are the large straplike muscles running down the front of the neck that pop out when the jaw is flexed. They are used to turn and support the head.
Lol there is no cure for cracking your ankles, fingers, neck etc. It's just a habit you have to learn, control and break of. if you pop your fingers as a teen and you continue on as you get older they'll begin to swell up and get sore. same as if you pop your neck. one day you'll pop you neck and you wont be able to move your head anymore.
very possible a bad cv joint .
Use a flat head screw driver and pop the middle of the hub cap out which will be that thing in the middle with the symbol at then take deal in the glove box and put in the middle turn left or right and after that take the jack and pop it off
A pop in your neck can be due to the over use and over stretching of neck muscles and tendons. Rest a ice will help to relieve the inflammation.
Unless it hurts, it's not a problem. People -- especially younger people who are in good health - can safely "pop" their neck. Just do it at a slow speed, and stop if it starts to hurt. Don't crack your neck like a whip :} (I bet you guessed that one already :} )
i have a possible guess. i think its just a relazation method.
You should get it examined by a doctor!
