A parakeet's head may turn pink due to hormonal changes, often related to breeding season. In many species, including budgerigars, this color change can indicate the bird's readiness to mate. Additionally, factors such as diet, health, and stress can also influence feather and skin coloration. If the change seems sudden or extreme, it may be wise to consult an avian veterinarian to rule out any health concerns.
I don't completely understand but if you mean the thing above the beak is turning pink it means it's a girl.
Depending on your Parakeets color, it's perfectly normal for parakeets to not have blue on it's head...
Parakeets do not become pregnant, they lay eggs. Females have a pink or tan color nostril band.
By there noses. A males nose is blue. A female is pink or a light peach
it can grow up to 9 inches from head to tail

if on top of a parakeets nose is blue it is a boy if pink or white it is a girl.
ask the breeder or person who sold it to you
if your parakeet has a pink nose, that means it is still a baby, adult parakeets have a blue or brown nose, depending on the gender.
If by face, you mean the cere (area above the beak, surrounding the nostrils), then no it just means that your female is not in breeding condition. I think parakeets more naturally breed in the spring, so if you wrote this anytime recently (ie winter), this is normal.
it means it is not fertilized. I'm pretty sure, but the girl wil throw it out herself if it is so don't touch it.
PARAKEETS!
