Yes, but not for very long, as the loss of coolant is going to allow your engine to overheat in a matter of minutes. And it's going to be hard to tell, since your temp sensor measures the coolant temp, may not provide an accurate measurement without coolant.

If you do have to drive, keep it short and light on the gas, overheating will break down your oil and damage your engine, and you'll be spending a lot more money than if you had your car towed in the first place.
