Yes. The idea of the submarine is the element of surprise. Before nuclear power submarines ran on either battery power or diesel power. Every so often it needed to surface (or use a snorkle - no kidding, it's called a snorkle) to run the diesel (which would both propel the sub and charge the battery) Now, with nuclear power, the submarine can stay underwater as long as there is food for the crew. A submarine nuclear reactor can last for years.
Yes , they even have a nuclear rockets .
light a match underwater and let it burn
Any rifle CAN fire underwater... but it's still an ill advised thing to do. It could potentially wreck the rifle and cause injury to the user.
Submarines could develop a leak, resulting in flooding, or it could be smashed to bits if it dives too far underwater. If there is a problem with the oxygen system or CO2 scrubbers, the air could become saturated with Carbon Dioxide and everyone could possibly die from Hypoxia. But I worked for several years for a man who had been a 30 year submariner - a Master Chief. He told me the biggest danger on any submarine is fire - "because there is nowhere for the smoke to go".
yes they can
yes
Stealth (aluminum and fiberglass) multimillion dollar wet submarines. Wet meaning that the vehicle fills with water. Operation is called flying. One pilot and one navigator. Used to deliver swimmers, survey beaches, plot mine fields, fire torpedos etc. In the Seal teams currently there are about 25 personel (seals) that maintain and operate these machines.
Yes, there are some guns designed to do that.
you would here gun fire, airplanes, bombs, tanks, and submarines.
yah because it contains saltpeter which releases oxygen when ignites. I have my doubts but you can fire a gun underwater. But don't try it as it could explode the gun barrel. And if it doesn't rupture the gun the first time you try it, then it could explode the next time you fire it even out of water.
Inducing cavitation in water at the front of a bullet would eliminate water friction on most of the surface of the bullet. Doing so would greatly increase the maximum speed and maximum range of an underwater projectile. Experiments have shown that it is possible to fire bullets with cavitation devices at speeds exceeding the speed of sound in water; this would make such a projectile invisible to submarines relying on sonar.
When rahul sets off a methane blast that even sets fire alight underwater, sea lions can live there
