here is what i wrote for Yamaha ski for a guy.

Please, write what type of ski you have first off.. its different for each ski brand.
To flush a ski out, you need a special piece that connects to the injector port.
This piece also connects to your normal garden hose.
**Remember to turn the water off first and then your ski. if you turn your ski off first, and then the water it can backfill and cause you many problems and money.
Also unplug your drain plugs and let any of that water out. This really should be done at the lake so that while pulling up the ramp at the angle, more water will hopefully come out.
Also while flushing your system. This is a good time to get your 3m or whatever marine wax or product you use to clean your ski.
HERE IS THE LINK FOR THE INJECTOR PIECE! ITS A CHEAP PART THAT COST LESS THAN $2.50.
riva you can find all of the OEM Parts ( stock parts ) for any ski, any year.
copy and paste the link. IT IS PART #60~scroll down to part #60 and buy. Pretty straight forward. Any other ski help, I will be able to help!

Yes, a Jet Ski can safely be beached as the impeller is hidden. However, it is recommended that you kill the engine before actually reaching land. And beaching the Jet Ski is hard on it's under surface - that takes a toll over time.
Yes. You can crank and start a jet ski out of the water. However, without water, there will be no cooling for the engine, exhaust, and driveline. So generally it is not recommended to let the engine run more than a few seconds. Many people crank a jet ski out of the water to prime the fuel system prior to placing the jet ski in the water.
Someone accidentally strapped a fully functional jet engine to a pair of water skis.

The engine number on a Yamaha R1 jet ski is typically located on the engine block itself, often on the side or front of the engine. You may also find it on a sticker or plate affixed to the engine. For precise location details, it's advisable to consult the owner's manual or service manual specific to your model. Always ensure the jet ski is in a safe position before attempting to locate the engine number.
