It depends on the the boat and how it is set up.

Most race boats go 100mph +. However, speed boats usually go upwards of about 60.

The term "speed boat" mostly refers to the design of the hull of the boat, and its intended purpose(to go fast) not the speed.

The current record is 317.596 mph, set by the well-know Australian racer, Ken Warby.
