The Yamaha Exciter 570 has a top speed of 105 miles per hour. The Exciter I had 77.2 horsepower and ran at 7200 RPMs.
It is a 2 stroke engine so there is no oil to change. Note: It is true that many (but not all) two stroke engines (think weed-eater) just used mixed oil and gas. The Yamaha qt50 and many dirt bikes actually have an oil feed system that delivers oil to the carburetor. This helps because at low RPMs, there is too much oil in the mixture normally. This system allows the oil to go in less at low speeds, and more at high speeds. Many people still use mixed fuel either because they don't realize it, or have a broken oil pump.
about 12, 13,000 RPMS.
The 2006 Yamaha Road Star 1700 has a horsepower of 85 at 4500 rpms. The Yamaha Road Star can reach a total speed of 105 miles per hour.
the banshee is faster. more power, 2 stroke, quick, more rpms.
yes,as long as when your warming it up keep the rpms down
Stright out of the book: Advertised Horsepower is} 400 CID with a 4-barrel Carb. 175 HP @ 3600 RPMs. { Torque } 290 FT. LBS @ 2800 RPMs. { BORE and STROKE } 4.125 is the Bore. Stroke is 3.750 Measured in inches.
1800 or so
You should be around 2200 - 2500 rpms.
Rpms are low at that speed on level ground, around 3000 rpm
yes all 2 strokes have a powerband......a powerband is a range of rpms where u get the most power all 2 strokes do
Two-stroke oil burns with smaller residual ash, minimizing wear and tear inside combustion chamber and internal parts. Viscosity in two-stroke oil is reduced, increasing oil penetration to guard against higher operating temperatures and RPMs.
