On a vessel where the 'driving' is done is called the wheelhouse or the bridge. The kitchen is called the galley and the place to eat is called the messdeck or simply the "mess". A Cabin, stateroom or berthing is often used to describe sleeping quarters. More often than not, the toilet/bathroom is called the head. There are not hallways, but passage ways or "p-ways". Also there are a few general terms used to describe "rooms" on board vessels. They can be called compartments and spaces. A lot of the terms depend on the size and type of vessel.
