Yes, there was a presidential yacht named the USS Sequoia, which was often referred to informally as "the Francis" after President Franklin D. Roosevelt's longtime friend and advisor, Francis T. Murphy. The yacht served several U.S. presidents from Herbert Hoover to Jimmy Carter. While the official name was the USS Sequoia, the yacht was known for its association with various presidential activities and events.

Not sure of the name of the yacht but I do happen to know that it is a European-based yacht as the yacht- portions of the filiming were filmed in Greece as the vessel was restricted to EU waters.
There are too many yachts with this name to list here. The yacht club to which this yacht belongs, or the marina where it is moored will list the name of its owner.
