Shallow water is more dense than Deep water. This means that a wave travelling from deep water to shallow water would bend towards the normal. Also, the wave would travel slower in the shallow than in the deep water
deep and shallow it depends on you! i like shallow myself u get more fish
Prices for boats would go up
boats help us because they are used for transportation in water without it we would be swimming across water. :)
Well shallow water means that it is not deep so i would think that it means like walking around in a shallow pool or ocean. That's just my guess.
no life on earth
Bad water pollution with radionuclides. Fishing might have to be banned. Possibly radioactive rain and snow, depending on how deep or shallow they exploded.
Boats would be unnecessary on a planet without water. if the planet didn't have any water we would all die of dehydration.
For the most part, the answer is no, as most would not handle the rough water. However, some more high pontoon boats could probably handle occasional shallow water ocean usage. I would think some of the larger tri hulled models such as the ones at the link provided below could handle it.
Objects have less buoyancy in shallow water because there is less water pushing up on the object to counteract its weight. Buoyant force is determined by the weight of the water displaced by the object, so in shallow water, the volume of water displaced is less compared to deeper water.
An elephant would crush a crocodile on land and in shallow water. In deep water, the elephant would drown.
Walking in shallow water means walking in water that is not very deep, typically up to knee height. It can be a relaxing experience, providing a sense of stability compared to deeper water. It is a common activity at beaches or in streams where the water is not deep enough to swim in.
