The designer thought it looked too untidy and because they were so confident that the Titanic was 'unsinkable', they didn't think about what would happen in a disaster.
the white star line put about 14 lifeboats on titanic, the law back then was 12, so they thought they were safe with only 2 over the law. but on titanic, 2 more life boats didnt help. hope it helps
there was not enough life boats or jackets so many died.
Not enough life boats
There were not enough life boats.
No. I don't think so.
No! as they thought that the titanic would never sink so they hadn't packed enough life jackets so not even all the rich people who were able to get into life boats had life jackets an many people droned because of this.
Because they thought that the kids should go first because their younger, therfore they have a longer life to life. The adults were older so they were put on the life boats after all the kids were on boats.
The tragedy of the Titanic will forever remind us that what we believe to be indestructable, can fail on it's very first try. Lots of boats sink, but never before had so many people died needlessly, because we were so overconfident, that they only had a few life boats, that were mostly for decoration.
they did it so they could cut the cost and keep the decks crowded so there it is they just was cheap to save some money
There was 16 boats on titanic! It was actually against the law to not have that many boats on board the titanic, so it was women and children who went on first! And the rest left behind......... So as you see this is the information for your question! Good luck! ~From Coolcats1234!
The Concordia, since titanic was so huge, its waves that it left behind drew other boats toward it and the Titanic and the Concordia almost crashed into one another, ther where just a few inches to spare.Scary stuff man!
because there was not enough space on the lifebats so they let the women and the children on the lifeboats first.
