To align the front end of a Kawasaki Bayou 220, you will need to adjust the tie rod ends connecting the steering knuckles to the front wheels. Loosen the lock nuts on the tie rod ends and turn the adjuster to align the wheels straight. Once aligned, tighten the lock nuts to secure the adjustments. It's recommended to have the alignment checked by a professional if you're unsure.
Good idea TO DO SO

YOU CANT BALANCE A FRONT END. YOU CAN ALIGN THE FRONT END OR BALANCE THE TIRES. IF THE CAR PULLS TO ONE SIDE OR STEERING WHEEL NOT CENTERED MAY NEED ALIGN. IF THE CAR SHAKES AT HIGHER SPEEDS OR AFTER HITTING BUMPS MAY NEED WHEELS BALANCED My 300SEL cost $42.00 for a front end alignment.

It's not a DIY job, you need to take it to a place that does wheel alignments.
If the alignment is good and the front end parts are not worn (some people will align the front end with worn parts) it only leaves the tires. Rotate the two front tires and if they are bad you will notice the difference right away
Tires out of balance, out of round, or worn out ,front end out of align may have caused this
