They are like looking through a vent, as i own one half shutter shade and one full shutter shade, the lines are like looking through a vent. they need some adjusting to, but are simple to see through, but challenging to look down, you have to move your whole head, but i wont advise them for driving though. To get them, go to a claires in a mall, or just buy them on Amazon they sell like 6 pairs for 5 bucks or somthing

A test would be to find a car with stock AC after 1994, put on your polorized shades and look at the side or back windows. You should see different shades of squares. The windows are made with a coating to help keep in the AC better. Your glasses let you see this, but because the glass and you are at different angles, you see different shades with your shades.
