A standard 10-15% is a good amount to tip the photo booth attendant. I personally work for a photo booth company and generally receive that amount.

It depends on the portable photo printer, most photo printers work with any digital camera with a USB connection. Old style cameras and disposable cameras will most likely not be compatible with a portable photo printer.

Try entering the installation CD. If you are lucky, you could copy the program to the applications folder. Did you already look for 3rd party apps that can do the same or better than Photo Booth? In case all of the above does not work out, reinstall Mac OSX and Photo booth will be restored. (Btw, it is recommended to reinstall OSX every now and then anyway so do not hesitate.)

The Photo Booth thermal view does work on iPad 2. But keep in mind it isn't actual thermal imaging. If there is light, it will show up as a brighter color on the screen.

No you cannot, as Mac OS X is designed on the software base of Unix which is different to the base of Windows, It will not work, it will only work properly on Mac OS X

I believe the elmo document cameras are used more at work than at school. At school many cameras are not allowed, however at work any cameras are allowed to be used.
If by accident on my apple computer you deleted my photo booth how do i get it back?
Many ways to fix this. Open the trash can and drag it out. If you emptied the trash go to finder and search Photo Booth. If you are using Time Machine then you will have it on the external hard drive. If you have the original install disk just insert it and just click the Optional Installs option. Click continue and then choose Applications and then check Photo Booth. Click continue and it will reinstall Photo Booth.
