To hard reset a Polaroid RBD-V8A20 tablet, first, ensure the device is powered off. Then, press and hold the Volume Up button and the Power button simultaneously until the Polaroid logo appears. Release both buttons, and use the Volume buttons to navigate to the "Wipe data/factory reset" option in the recovery menu. Select it using the Power button, confirm your choice, and follow the prompts to complete the reset.
If you have forgotten a password for the polaroid pimd906 you can reset it with the gmail account.
There is no hard reset button.
If the tablet is locked, and there's no way to navigate in to factory reset it under Settings, the only other option is to do a hard reset. Keep in mind that by doing this, all data will be lost. The most typical way of doing this is to power down the tablet, then after it's powered down, to press and hold the volume up/down and power buttons at the same time (a variation is pressing down the volume down and power button at the same time). A boot screen with different options will appear. Press either the volume up or down button to navigate until you get to "Factory Reset". Press the power button to reset it.
You could try contacting the service number and they will problably fix it. I suggest you never lock it again!!!

I have been wondering this too. I locked myself out of my MID8125 coby kyros tablet. I tried holding in the power and home key at the same time but didnt know how to scroll up and down. If you figured out how to get back in your tablet, please get back to me.
