The number of photos that can be stored on a 4GB memory card with a 16MP camera varies based on factors like image compression and file format. Generally, a 16MP image can range from about 4MB to 8MB in size. Thus, a 4GB card could typically hold approximately 500 to 1,000 photos, depending on the specific settings and compression used.
The number of photos that can be held depends entirely upon what quality you wish to shoot the pictures at. A 5 megapixel camera, at maximum resolution, probably won't hold many photos. (25-30) As the resolution increases, the number of photos that can be held decreases exponentially. At a lower quality (say 640 by 480) you can hold between 1000 and 3000 photos on a 256 mb camera, depending upon the compression.
About 650 pictures.
A rough estimate is 125 photos. You will probably get a few more because the camera compresses the photos to save memory.
If you set your camera for 1mb each photo, it will save 300 photos. It depends on how you set your camera.
Consider the assumption that the camera takes photos that are of size 3 MB. The 14.7 MB memory will be able to carry 5 photos.
about 2000 pictures.
It depends upon the MP of your camera. The more the MP the higher the quality of the photo, and so the no of pictures that can be stored reduces. For ex, for a 2MP camera, you can store 2379 photos on a 2GB card, whereas for a 8MP camera you can only store 635 photos.
Professional looking photos can be easily captured and edited from home using a good quality camera along with photo editing programs. With Adobe Photoshop many effects can be applied to photos creating professional looking photos from home.
It depends on the digital camera that you are using. Many of them do not allow you to but there are several that do. One of them I like is called a Panasonic LUMIX DMC-FX100.
Roughly 6 photos. Get a memory card.
About 6-8 photos.
I have never personally found that a camera is not allowed on a plane. I have carried my camera on a strap around my neck many times and was allowed to take photos. I would be careful about taking photos of passengers or flight attendants. I've taken lots of photos out the window of the clouds, sun, and the earth below.
