DVDs may use different angles for different functions/features, but The Sixth Sense uses it for alternate narrative caption languages. Angel 1 shows the opening credits and film captions like the storyline locations/narratves (NOT the subtitles) in English. Angle 2 displays them in French (i.e. about 10 minutes in to The Sixth Sense: "THE NEXT FALL" & "SOUTH PHILADELPHIA" vs. "L'AUTOMNE SUIVANT" & "PHILADELPHIE SUD").
This may not be what you meant, but in case you were asking about the two different camera angles on the DVD...there you go.

What some perceive as a "sixth sense" is actually something that originates from the mind, which makes it not a sense in the true sense of the senses we have.
Currently, as far as scientist know, there is no sixth sense. Deciding wether there is a sixth sense is up to you. Personally, I think there is a sixth sense, perhaps something to do with perception (for example, knowing when someone is looking at you).
