boiler are working on same principal but automatic and manual boiler has difference that manual boiler working at single element loop and automatic boiler work at three element loop.single loop means when fuel increase mean load increase on boiler by adjusting fuel operator has to adjust steam drum level manualy , while automatic means when load increas, fuel increase steam drum level adjust automaticaly by watching fuel consumption.
All boilers are made to a pressure specification and in most countries any pressure vessel over a certain size is required to be periodically inspected and pressure tested to ensure it is fit for purpose. In addition to being in sound condition, the boiler is also expected to have some form of pressure relief valve. This is of sufficient size to vent off excess pressure before it gets to an explosive situation. It is obviously important that the pressure of this device is set to a lower level than the ultimate pressure specification of the boiler. Even quite small boilers, like those in coffee makers need to be inspected. Some boilers are 'gas fired' such as home heating boilers. These have a device called a thermocouple that detects the flame and is linked to the gas valve. If the flame goes out, or the burner does not ignite when gas is released in the boiler, it will shut the gas off. Typically gas fired boilers have a number of devices that will shut off the gas in the event that something doesn't work. This means that if the gas supply pipe is in sound condition, the boiler itself cannot leak gas and cause an explosion.
textile chemists work in ether a lab or an office.
Petrochemical means petroleum based chemicals. So the place a petrochemical engineer is most likely to get work is an oil company.
The Hardgrove Grindability Index was developed in the 1930s from experimental work by R. Hardgrove to determine the relative difficulty of reducing various coals to a particle size required for efficient combustion in pulverized coal boiler furnaces. The HGI is now commonly applied to specifications for coal to be used in the iron making, cement and chemical processes. There are several different "standard" methods for the determination of HGI (e.g. - AS1038 Part 20:2002, and ASTM D409-2006), which can lead to significantly different results. Further, HGI is an empirical measure and not a physical proprty of coal; as such the results of any standard test have relatively low repeatability for a given coal sample. In general, the higher the HGI value, the more readily a coal can be reduced to smaller particle sizes.
A boiler works by heating water in an enclosed space. The expansion of water molecules as it transforms from a liquid state into a gaseous one causes the boiler to generate a vast amount of pressure. This is generally the science behind a back boiler.
A combination boiler does two tasks, the first is to provide radiant heating to a building and the second is to provide hot water. The boiler can provide hot water to only one system at a time, but eliminates the need to have two boilers.
Pasta needs to cook in rapidly boiling water, so a double boiler won't work that well for cooking pasta.
For a while IF the boiler has an automatic low water cut off and other safety devices but if any fail you will have a melt down and an explosion
A broiler is a mechanism that boils water that produces steam. The steam can be used for a purpose such as cooking foods.
Yes, If it is a pressurized system, the water from the back boiler and your oil or gas fired boiler can be mixed. This can also be achieved by using a water to water plate exchanger to preheat the return water from your heating devices. If you have a forced air heating system in the house, a coil can be placed in the main trunk line of the duct work and heated by circulated water from the back boiler.
A water pot boiler works by heating water in a closed container using a heat source such as a stove or electric element. The heat causes the water to boil and turn into steam, which then rises and transfers heat to the surrounding water. This process efficiently heats the water in the pot.
The boiler in a hydronic heating system is just a heat source. An electric or gas water heater could be used as well. Proper design and installation are the key attributes.
Low alkalinity in boiler water can lead to increased corrosion of metal surfaces, as alkalinity helps to maintain a stable pH level. This can result in damage to the boiler components and decreased efficiency of the system. Additionally, low alkalinity can also lead to foaming and carryover in the boiler, which can cause operational issues and reduce the overall effectiveness of the boiler.

The fuel does not matter, it would be more relevant to post if you are hot water or steam, that is where your problem lies. If steam try raising the boiler cutout pressure a little bit and if hot water look at the boiler pressure, does the pump work, is the coupling broken and do you have air in the system that needs to be bled?
There has to be water in either system for it to work, check with the manufacturer and provided documentation to discern proper water capacity.A hot water boiler (hydronics) as opposed to steam is a system that is filled with water and has an automatic feeder to make sure the boiler never dry firesA steam (vapor) system has a limited amount of water so it has space to make steam and can have a manual feeder BUT like a hydronic system much have a low water cut off to prevent dry firing
