Chevron THF 1000
Mobil Polyrex EM and Thermaplex Hi-Temp bearing grease are both lithium-complex greases, which generally indicates compatibility. However, it's essential to consult the technical data sheets or compatibility charts from the manufacturers to confirm their compatibility, as differences in additives and base oils can affect performance. When in doubt, performing a small compatibility test or contacting the manufacturers for specific guidance is recommended.
Royal Dutch Shell is for 2009, followed by Exxon Mobil and then BP
The relevant Standards are API Specification 10A/ISO 10426-1 Specification for Cements and Materials for Well Cementing. API Classes have letter designations. Historically these have included A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J (there was never an "I" because that might be confused with ASTM Type I) Class J was dropped a number of years ago and E and F will be dropped in the next API/ISO document revision. G and H the more commonly used today. There are good books on the topic. The best is probably Nelson and Guillot, Well Cementing 2nd edition. Since I am not sure of the motivation for the question, I may not have met the questioner's needs. Mobil grease that is comparable to Chevron SRI is Mobil SHC 100. Both greases are high-performance, multipurpose lubricants designed for a wide range of applications, offering excellent protection against wear and corrosion. They also have good high-temperature stability and water resistance properties, making them suitable for demanding environments. Always consult specific technical data sheets to ensure compatibility for your particular application.
Gasoline brands that do not contain MMT include BP, Chevron, ExxonMobil, Shell, and Valero. It's always a good idea to check with the specific gas station or brand to confirm that they do not use MMT in their fuel.
