All chemicals aren't elements they only have elements in them and even then they are ions. Ions are charged particles e.g. Na+ or S2-. So chemicals like NaCl (table salt) have Na the element but it has lost an electron so it is a positive ion Na+ and Cl the element but it has gained and electron so it is Cl-.
So in conclusion chemicals aren't elements they are compounds with ions in them
(A element on them own is very rare, e.g you will nearly always find and element mixed with something else naturally, the only ones that don't like to mix are the noble gases on the very far right of the Periodic Table usually dark green and these don't mike because they have full valence electrons)
Elements do not contain chemical, but chemicals contain elements. Elements are singular things with a set of properties all their own. There are currently 118 different known elements. Chemicals, which there are thousands of, are made up of two or more elements. Na is sodium(poisonous) and Cl is chlorine(also poisonous). When these two elements combine, you get NACl, which is table salt(not poisonous) and has properties completely different than the two individual elements.
Chemicals yes, elements however, no. Elements are themselves chemicals, Burn hydrogen in oxygen and you'll end up with water, another chemical.
"Chemicals" is a ten-letter word that can refer to elements and compounds.
by Atomic Mass
Inert mineral substances that cannot be broken down by chemicals are typically elements like gold, silver, and platinum. These elements have stable chemical structures that resist reacting with other substances. They are considered inert because they do not easily form compounds with other elements.
All substances which are not pure elements are chemicals.
Yes, ammonia and isopropanol are chemicals; all the universe is a mixture of elements and chemical compounds.

Chemicals are made from chemical elements.
Anything you can touch has chemicals in it.
They are elements
Elements
All organisms are composed of the chemicals of life. This includes carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen and the many compounds made from these elements.
Usually it is erosion by natural elements (wind, rain, excessive water), or chemicals (natural chemicals will break down all elements in a matter of time).
A very short answer: a chemical (chemical compound, substance) is a combination of two or more chemical elements.
