Sulfuric acid is a mineral acid composed of H_2SO_4. It dissociates into H+ and HSO_4. It is also, by definition, a strong acid (dissociating completely).

Sulphuric Acids are categorised under strong acids.

sulphuric acid is the type you find in rain

Sulphuric acid is a strong acid (H2SO4). It is unique in that it dissociates to form a weak acid as well (HSO4). It's found in many places, including car batteries, mineral processing plants, petrochemical plants, water treatment plants, etc.

It'd be a pretty silly name otherwise, wouldn't it? Yes, it's possible to form sulfuric acid from sulfur.
