You could machine wash it but I would recommend washing it gently by hand based on the fact that it could very easily shrink.
Maintaining sulfuric acid concentration at 98% helps to minimize issues related to freezing and excessive corrosion. A 98% concentration is easier to handle and transport compared to 100%. Additionally, it reduces the risk of potential hazards and allows for better control of reactions in industrial processes.
Magnesium chlorate has a percent composition of approximately 16.4% magnesium, 21.8% chlorine, and 61.8% oxygen by mass.
The percent composition of sulfur in a compound is calculated by dividing the mass of sulfur by the total mass of the compound and then multiplying by 100. For example, in sulfuric acid (H2SO4), since the molar mass of sulfur is 32 g/mol and the total molar mass of sulfuric acid is 98 g/mol, the percent composition of sulfur would be (32/98) x 100 = 32.65%.
Hydrogen and helium make up nearly 100 percent of the matter of the universe. Hydrogen comprises about 75 percent and helium makes up about 25 percent.
Concentrated sulfuric acid typically contains around 98% sulfuric acid by weight. This means that for every 100 grams of concentrated sulfuric acid, 98 grams are sulfuric acid and the remaining 2 grams are water.
