no, we cannot store lemon pickle in aluminium containers because lemon pickles are acidic in nature and therefore if it is stored in an aluminium container it will damage the surface of the containers thus it not advised to lemon pickle aluminium containers.

I removed the white color skin (pith) attached to the pulp. Also I peeled the outer skin (yellow one). I made the pickle using the pulp portion only. Pickle came out good with zero bitterness.
