You can use it for napalm but it takes some processing and I'm talking about more than a coffee filter and a frying pan. Citroneila oil is better for that but speaking toilet bowl cleaner bombs you can get a 17% KOH ph up solution for plants and use it instead. Works like a charm. And much safer than NaOH.
