No. As tasty as oranges are, they are filled with citric acid. Too much citric acid can kill you. We could live on water for a while since it keeps us going, but we couldn't eat just one food or drink just one thing. We need a variety of food to keep us alive.

pineapples are loaded with all sorts of nutrients, vitamins A, C, E and alotta other good stuff.however it contiains alot of citric acid and can be harmful if you eat too much, might give u a stomach ache, toothe ache, headache..yea..but thats if u eat alot..other then that its an excellent fruit choice!
